[Remote] Sr Business Systems Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to optimize and administrate their reputed company platforms, primarily reputed company and Staircase AI, while translating operational needs into reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to reputed company leadership, recommending system enhancements and process improvements that reputed company with overarching business goals
- reputed company, measure, and report on the ROI of system implementations
- Ensure tools like reputed company and Staircase AI are directly contributing to critical CS metrics (e.g., NRR, GRR, health scores, and user adoption)
- Design and implement reputed company-state AI agents and automated workflows for customer engagement and reputed company
- reputed company as the primary technical reputed company for reputed company and Staircase AI, overseeing daily administration, user management, configuration, and optimization

- Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables effectively

Skills
