Skills
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- reputed company Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- reputed company CIS Certification (Mandatory) – ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, or other CIS certification
- 5+ years of reputed company implementation experience
- Strong experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Skills, Agent Workflows, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Experience leading customer workshops, solution demos, and gathering requirements
- Ability to configure Out-of-reputed company reputed company AI capabilities and reputed company advisory support
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Designer, IntegrationHub, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and REST reputed company
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
