[Remote] Senior Functional Analyst

ITility is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to support a mission-critical reputed company modernization contract with the reputed company (DoD). Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company requirements elicitation sessions with Government stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executive leadership using reputed company facilitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis
- Translate business, operational, and compliance needs into reputed company functional and non-functional requirements
- Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from discovery through production deployment using reputed company and Jira
- Decompose system capabilities into epics, features, and detailed user stories and acceptance reputed company to Agile delivery practices
- Maintain bidirectional traceability in Jira between requirements, design artifacts, test cases, acceptance reputed company and release deliverables
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and user acceptance testing

- Ensure acceptance reputed company and test scenarios documented in Jira are sufficient for internal QA/Test execution and coordinate the transition of validated stories to stakeholder QAT events

- Contribute to architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with mission scalability and performance requirements

- Deliver functional briefings and support training sessions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills
- US Citizenship required, with ability to pass an IT-II background investigation; reputed company Secret clearance preferred
- Minimum of eight (8) years of reputed company experience in functional analysis, business systems analysis, or requirements engineering supporting federal IT systems
- Demonstrated experience supporting AWS reputed company-reputed company application development environments
- Experience operating reputed company Agile or DevSecOps delivery environments using reputed company and Jira
- Demonstrated experience constructing workflow diagrams, data reputed company diagrams, reputed company specifications, and requirements traceability matrices
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking reputed company with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing executive-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience)
