[Remote] Sr. Treasury Management Sales Representative

This role involves reputed company interaction, reputed company coordination, training, and providing technical support to help businesses effectively use banking technology.
Responsibilities
- Support Treasury Management sales and service activities, including reputed company follow-up, implementation coordination, product questions, service requests, and internal support needs
- Partner with clients and Relationship Managers throughout reputed company to support product setup, online banking reputed company, documentation, timelines, testing, and activation
- reputed company technical and operational support for Treasury Management services, including Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, reputed company transfer services, lockbox, online banking, user reputed company, and reputed company digital banking solutions
- Deliver training to clients, branches, Relationship Managers, and internal business partners on Treasury Management products, online banking capabilities, documentation requirements, fraud prevention controls, and service enhancements
- Prepare reports and analyze activity reputed company to product utilization, reputed company enrollment, service activity, exception items, and other performance metrics
- Assist with product demonstrations, reputed company materials, follow-up tracking, reputed company needs documentation, and cross-sell opportunities that support reputed company relationships and business reputed company
Skills
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, reputed company, or a reputed company field required; equivalent combination of education and relevant banking experience may be considered
- 5+ years of experience in banking, reputed company banking support, customer service operations, or financial services
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Ability to travel to customer locations in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties as needed
- Strong customer relationship, consultative service, and cross-selling skills with the ability to identify reputed company needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- General understanding of bank operations, including ACH, reputed company transfers, digital banking, account services, fraud prevention tools, customer documentation, and internal controls
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, especially reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to learn and support Treasury Management platforms reputed company banking applications
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues, explain technical concepts reputed company, document service requests, and coordinate reputed company reputed company with internal teams
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, follow-up, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, protect confidential information, and reputed company with bank policies and regulatory requirements
