[Remote] Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Services

The role is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the AR team, ensuring reputed company follow-up and collection goals are met, while also providing training and support to staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitors and coordinates follow up activities to ensure work assignments are reputed company, and accounts receive reputed company follow up and collection goals are met

- Weekly review of staff productivity reports
- reputed company weekly staff productivity updates to the AR Analyst

- Identifies issues and works with the manager and director to get them resolved

- Other duties as assigned by their management team

Skills
- 3+ years experience in a hospital business office setting or similar setting
- Experience in Hospital/Facility billing and Home Infusion billing
- Ability to work reputed company individually and in reputed company environment
- Must be reliable, responsible, goal oriented and flexible
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written skills in order to effectively communicate with patients, co-workers, insurance companies, hospital staff, and clients
