[Remote] Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Remote

This role will partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to strengthen financial operations, improve decision-making, and help position the organization for long-term reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the organization's financial reputed company in partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
- Leading reputed company, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, payroll reputed company, cash management, and financial operations
- Providing executive leadership with reputed company financial reporting, forecasts, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making
- Establishing executive dashboards, key performance indicators, and financial reporting tools that reputed company meaningful visibility into organizational performance
- Building reputed company reputed company processes, financial systems, and internal controls that support reputed company reputed company
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, and long-reputed company budgeting initiatives
- Evaluating financial risks and opportunities while recommending proactive solutions that improve organizational performance
- Managing banking relationships, cash reputed company, external audits, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and other financial partnerships
- Leading financial systems improvements, automation initiatives, and process optimization efforts

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of seven years of reputed company reputed company or finance leadership experience
- Minimum of five years leading reputed company, finance, or financial operations teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, internal controls, and financial analysis
- Demonstrated experience improving reputed company processes, financial systems, and organizational reporting
- Experience managing external audits, banking relationships, financial compliance, and reputed company-party financial partnerships
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to present financial information and recommendations reputed company to executive leadership and non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy, reputed company, and confidentiality
- CPA, reputed company, MBA, or other relevant executive finance credential
- Previous experience serving as a Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Finance Director, or Controller with significant strategic leadership responsibilities
