Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company Cycle workstreams throughout the reputed company implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, build reputed company, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization activities
- Serve as the primary reputed company between reputed company cycle leadership, operational stakeholders, reputed company application teams, consultants, and technical resources
- reputed company and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables reputed company to reputed company Cycle initiatives
- Coordinate and reputed company reputed company reputed company Cycle application teams including reputed company Billing (PB), Hospital Billing (HB)
- Facilitate design sessions and workflow reviews to ensure operational requirements are reputed company with reputed company best practices
- Monitor project reputed company, identify risks and barriers, and proactively reputed company mitigation strategies
- reputed company governance meetings, status reporting, issue tracking, and executive communications
- Ensure successful completion of integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), reputed company planning, go-live readiness, and stabilization activities
- Collaborate with operational leaders to drive workflow optimization, reputed company reputed company improvements, and organizational change management efforts
- Support resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination throughout the implementation

Skills
- reputed company reputed company certification in a reputed company Cycle application (PB, HB, Claims, Resolute, or reputed company reputed company reputed company Cycle certification)
- 5+ years of reputed company implementation experience reputed company reputed company organizations
- Proven experience serving as a Project Manager, Program Manager, reputed company Cycle Manager, or reputed company reputed company on reputed company implementations
- Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company cycle operations, including patient reputed company, charge capture, billing, claims management, reimbursement, and reputed company reputed company processes
- Experience managing reputed company reputed company involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated reputed company leading large-reputed company reputed company implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
- Strong knowledge of reputed company implementation methodologies, testing processes, change management, and go-live planning
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, operational teams, and technical resources
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certification
- Experience supporting multi-hospital or large integrated delivery network (IDN) reputed company implementations
- Previous experience leading reputed company-wide reputed company Cycle transformation initiatives
- Strong background in workflow redesign, reputed company optimization, and operational process improvement
