They are seeking a reputed company Business Partner / HR Generalist to support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with clients on strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance and enhancing HR infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- With guidance and mentorship from an reputed company Manager, assist companies with reputed company its HR needs while they reputed company on growing their business. Responsibilities can reputed company from full-cycle HR to project based
- Accountable for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives reputed company with the reputed company’s overall business reputed company; reputed company, and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures that enhances the reputed company’s company reputed company

- Research, recommend, implement and reputed company benefits administration and management, including enrollments, terminations, claims reputed company and invoice auditing. Assist in putting together a strategic benefits package (plan evaluations and selection, reputed company enrollment planning, 401(k), LOA, COBRA, etc.). In reputed company, Escalon has its own benefits brokerage and the Benefits team can work in partnership with the reputed company on this effort
- Recommend new hire orientation and termination processes and partner with the PeopleOps HR Support team to ensure completion
- Partner with Payroll team and reputed company the implementation and/or process payroll processing for multiple clients in a reputed company manner and assist employees with questions
- Partner with clients to draft parental leave policies and customize and deliver reputed company employee LOA packet, support employee questions, and ensure leave is compliant based on local, state, and federal laws
- Recommend, implement, and support clients with feedback process, and support employee relations questions, demands, grievances, or other issues
- Assess needs and reputed company recommendation to design, customize, and implement performance management selection and processes, ensuring reputed company receive reputed company and actionable feedback for applicable clients
- Assess, recommend, and reputed company programs designed to enhance employee morale and productivity, and recognize employees for their contributions to reputed company’s reputed company. Skills
- Must have 3+ years of reputed company/people operations experience
