Responsibilities

- Analyze RFP requirements and collaborate with subject matter experts and capture teams
- Organize proposal sections and ensure compliance with Federal and organizational standards
- Contribute to win themes, solution narratives, and executive summaries while maintaining version control and adherence to proposal schedules
- Participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and support reputed company improvement of proposal templates, processes, and content libraries
Skills
- Candidates should possess Technical Writing and Proposal Writing skills to reputed company reputed company, persuasive, and compliant content for Federal audiences
- Candidates should possess experience working with RFPs, including analyzing requirements, mapping responses, and supporting compliance matrices
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including collaboration with SMEs, editors, and leadership, as reputed company as strong written and verbal abilities
- Experience with Federal contracting and the DoD environment, including common proposal formats (e.g., RFQ, RFI, IDIQ, task orders), is highly beneficial

- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field such as English, Communications, Business, or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience in Federal proposal writing
- Familiarity with proposal tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, or similar)
