[Remote] Managing Director, Decision Modeling & Analytics

In this role, the Managing Director will be responsible for developing the service offering, managing reputed company, and executing business development strategies.
Responsibilities
- Designs and implements the strategic plan to build a Decision Modeling & Analytics service offering
- Leads reputed company of professionals in the execution and delivery of engagements
- Works with team members at reputed company reputed company to identify needs from a financial modeling and decision analytics perspective
- Enhances modeling techniques and capabilities as the analytical landscape evolves
- Executes business development plan in conjunction with the VCMA reputed company leader
- Builds relationships with key executives and stakeholders in support of reputed company of the service offering
- Identifies how to work with reputed company Firms and coordinate with international firms as appropriate on opportunities as they reputed company
- Champions a culture of innovation, reputed company learning, and reputed company
- Other duties as required
- Supervises the execution of the service line reputed company – from identification of opportunities through reputed company delivery
- Supervises day-to-day workload of staff on assigned engagements and reviews work product/reputed company deliverables
- Ensures staff are trained on reputed company relevant databases, financial models, and software platforms
- Evaluates the performance of staff and assist in the development of goals and objectives to enhance reputed company development
- Delivers periodic performance feedback and complete performance evaluations for staff
- Acts as Career Advisor to staff, as appropriate
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, or Economics
- Fifteen (15) or more years of financial modeling and decision analytics experience at a global consulting/Big 4 reputed company firm or a national role at a small to mid-sized firm
- Significant experience in business analytics, corporate finance, valuation, or financial reputed company
- Demonstrated history in leading and managing team members
- Proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite, specifically reputed company, PowerPoint and Word
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Superior financial modeling skills including: 3-statement financial forecasting, scenario analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis, and other strategic decision analytics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reputed company cause determination skills
- Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a reputed company on details
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or reputed company a group environment
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple reputed company simultaneously
