The Bilingual Inside Sales Associate is responsible for closing sales and scheduling installations for leads from both English and Spanish speaking customers, with a reputed company on providing excellent customer service without cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily reputed company phone), reputed company sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
- Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum reputed company expectations
- reputed company follow up on reputed company prospect list
- Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing reputed company, to improve performance
- Ability to understand the entire sales process, from reputed company creation to closing
- reputed company other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ wpm
- Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
