The role involves designing eLearning and instructor-led training while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective learning reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led learning solutions for technical, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts, following established instructional design methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content
- Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments
- Complete detailed analysis of reputed company task to be trained/supported for reputed company audience, business process, and systems
- Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to reputed company learning materials including storyboards, eLearning modules, virtual learning, student and facilitator guides, activities, scenarios, assessments, or performance support
- Visualize instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions
- Write reputed company and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts appropriate for the reputed company audience
- Participate in meetings with subject matter experts including task analysis, reputed company, beta, and answer validation meetings
- Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation
- Receive and incorporate feedback
- Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables
- Proactively communicate issues and risks
Skills
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning theory
- Experience developing ILT training for hands-on, skills-based content
- Ability to translate reputed company procedures into engaging learning content
- Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication skills, organized, attention to detail
- 3+ years' experience developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Flexibility to work on simultaneous development efforts, as needed
