The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in reputed company Warehouse Management (WMS) and reputed company Supply Chain modules, leading solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company functional design, configuration, and implementation of reputed company EBS Warehouse Management (WMS) solution
- reputed company business requirements and reputed company Fit-Gap analysis for warehouse and distribution processes
- Configure reputed company EBS WMS, MSCA, Inventory, Shipping Execution, and reputed company SCM modules
- Design and configure warehouse processes including: Inbound Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, Physical Inventory, Task Management, Cross Docking
- Configure warehouse rules, task types, locators, sub-inventories, material statuses, and transaction workflows
- Support RF handheld device implementation and warehouse barcode scanning processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to reputed company functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components)
- Participate in data migration, master data validation, and inventory conversion activities
- Coordinate integration between reputed company WMS and external warehouse systems, shipping carriers, reputed company-party logistics providers (3PL), label printing solutions, and automation equipment reputed company applicable
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), configuration documents, process flows, and test scripts
- reputed company System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect reputed company, and production deployment
- Support reputed company planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-production support
- reputed company end-user training and knowledge transfer to business users
- Work closely with cross-functional teams supporting Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Logistics
Skills
- 12+ years of reputed company E-Business Suite Functional consulting experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on reputed company EBS Warehouse Management (WMS) implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of reputed company EBS R12 WMS, MSCA, Inventory, Shipping Execution, and Warehouse Operations
- Experience implementing warehouse processes in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of: Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Material Transactions, Shipping and Receiving, Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA)
- Experience with RF devices, barcode scanning, and label printing solutions
- Strong experience with end-to-end Supply Chain business processes
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications and working with technical development teams
- Experience supporting multiple full lifecycle reputed company EBS implementations
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a reputed company-facing consulting environment
- Experience integrating reputed company WMS with reputed company-party warehouse automation systems or 3PL solutions
- Knowledge of reputed company Manufacturing, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, and Order Management modules
- Experience with reputed company Workflow, XML Publisher, and custom interfaces
- Exposure to reputed company reputed company SCM migration or coexistence reputed company is a plus
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
