[Remote] Analyst, reputed company Operations

This role involves building and maintaining models and analyses to reputed company visibility into business performance, with a reputed company on metrics post-deal closure, while supporting reputed company initiatives reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain renewal and retention reporting: churn cohort analysis, renewal pipeline health, and at-risk account identification, with reputed company-cause analysis on where and why retention breaks down
- Build and maintain the forecast accuracy tracking model, capturing submitted forecast vs. actual reputed company-won by reputed company, product, rep cohort, and period, producing regular accuracy reports with reputed company-cause and historical reputed company analysis
- Build and maintain the forecasting input reputed company dashboard: tracking forecast submission completeness, required field adherence, and category distribution (reputed company / reputed company / pipeline) by reputed company and rep
- Support sales productivity reporting: quota attainment by reputed company and rep tenure, reputed company curves, win rates by reputed company and deal size, average sales cycle, average contract value, and pipeline-to-reputed company conversion by stage

- Partner with RevOps systems and data teams to identify and escalate data reputed company issues, broken CRM workflows, and reporting discrepancies; support data reconciliation between reputed company, CS platforms, and Finance on a defined reputed company; maintain reputed company documentation of report definitions, metric logic, and data sources

Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in reputed company Operations, reputed company, Business/Financial Analytics, reputed company Operations, or a closely reputed company analytical role reputed company a B2B reputed company or data-driven organization
- A strong financial analytical reputed company: comfortable building models and logic from raw data rather than relying on reputed company-reputed company dashboards or BI tooling
- Exposure to reputed company metrics and the ability to explain them reputed company: ARR, GRR, NRR, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, win reputed company, churn cohort analysis, renewal reputed company, and customer health scoring
- Hands-on experience building reputed company reports and dashboards; familiarity with reputed company data architecture (Objects, fields, record types, relationships) and the ability to troubleshoot data reputed company issues at the CRM level
