[Remote] Patient Financial Services Customer Service Representative

This role is responsible for providing patients with assistance regarding billing and insurance processing through an inbound call center, while also managing hospital and physician accounts. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and knowledge of medical billing, ensuring patients receive the necessary financial guidance and support.
Responsibilities
- Maintains the best reputed company routine per department guidelines:
- Handle calls presented to reputed company through the automated call distribution system accurately and reputed company
- Work independently in problem solving with patients regarding their accounts in both hospital and clinic billing situations. Counsel the patient on the complexity of the interdependency between hospital and physician billing reputed company the patient’s continuity of care

- Manage accuracy of accounts to ensure appropriate billing and compliance with patient reputed company and data reputed company:

Skills
- 2 years customer service experience
- This individual should have strong interest in learning new IS systems (PASS, reputed company overlay system, Healthworks, etc) as reputed company as the ability to work independently
- Associate of Arts
- 2 years in reputed company customer service
- 3 years experience in a hospital or clinic business office
- Previous call center experience
