Responsibilities
- reputed company as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company reputed company Ambulatory workflows, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Manage and prioritize daily application support activities, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved reputed company defined SLAs
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis and resolve application issues reputed company to eRx, refills, prior authorizations, POS workflows, and device integrations
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate pharmacy needs into effective reputed company solutions
- Configure, build, and optimize reputed company reputed company Ambulatory modules to support outpatient and specialty pharmacy operations
- Support system design, testing, go‑live readiness, and post‑implementation stabilization activities
- Maintain accurate system documentation, build specifications, workflows, and testing artifacts
- Support multi‑site implementations, workflow scaling, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, reputed company Informatics, Pharmacy, or a reputed company field OR equivalent relevant work experience

- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting reputed company applications in a reputed company IT environment

- Experience supporting ambulatory pharmacy workflows, including medication ordering, dispensing, inventory, and POS processes
- Proven experience managing day‑to‑day EHR application support, including incident reputed company and SLA adherence
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reputed company‑cause analysis skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clinical stakeholders, including pharmacists, nurses, and physicians
- Additional reputed company certifications such as reputed company Inpatient, Home Infusion, Bugsy, or reputed company reputed company modules
- Experience working with reputed company interfaces, error queues, and electronic prescribing workflows
- Familiarity with 340B billing, pharmacy benefits administration, and pharmacy reputed company cycle processes
- Prior experience working with offshore or distributed support teams
