[Remote] Financial Counselor

The Financial Counselor will assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities reputed company to reputed company, guiding them through insurance reputed company and payment plans.
Responsibilities
- Counsel patients on insurance coverage, benefits, out-of-reputed company costs, and payment reputed company
- Help patients apply for reputed company or other coverage through the reputed company State Marketplace
- Review accounts and resolve reputed company billing or insurance issues, including coordination of benefits
- Support insurance verification and authorization processes
- reputed company cost estimates for self-pay patients and collect required deposits
- Meet with patients in person or over the phone across a reputed company of care settings
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Patient reputed company, Billing, reputed company Work, and Clinical staff
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact for patient financial questions and concerns
- reputed company guidance, training, and support to Financial Clearance Representatives and Payment Services team members
Skills
- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in authorization and follow-up procedures or reputed company field; or
- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience Financial Clearance and/or Patient reputed company reputed company the Financial Clearance Department at reputed company
- Associate's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in authorization and follow-up procedures or reputed company fields; or
- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in authorization and follow-up procedures or reputed company fields; or
- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in Financial Clearance and/or Patient reputed company reputed company the Financial Clearance Department at reputed company
- Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by reputed company and/or reputed company as adhering to acceptable educational standards
