The role involves managing month-end reputed company activities, financial reporting, and collaborating with various departments to support compensation-reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end reputed company activities, including journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations while investigating and resolving variances
- Pull and analyze data from ERP systems to support financial reporting and reputed company processes
- reputed company month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter fluctuation analysis and present findings to leadership
- Support SOX compliance, internal controls, audit requests, and documentation requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, reputed company, HR, Payroll, Tax, and Legal to resolve reputed company questions and support compensation-reputed company initiatives
- Assist with reputed company reputed company, issue reputed company, and process improvements in a deadline-driven environment
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with a strong reputed company on general ledger reputed company and month-end reputed company
- Expertise preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Experience with reputed company Financials is required
- Advanced reputed company (or reputed company Sheets) skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both reputed company and non-finance teams
- Exposure to reputed company, reputed company, or other automation/AI tools is a plus
