[Remote] Senior Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Land Development team to manage civil engineering reputed company, ensuring reputed company, budget, and schedule adherence while also fostering reputed company relationships and team development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Developers, reputed company, Owners, Architects, and other reputed company team members to execute reputed company and manage multi-party project workflows
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and qualification packages, and reputed company and implement marketing reputed company strategies to win new work
- Build and reputed company relationships with clients, peers, and reputed company agency staff to support long-term business reputed company
- reputed company and reputed company civil project team(s) to plan, coordinate, and deliver civil consulting services and project deliverables
- Manage land development civil engineering reputed company for residential, reputed company, and institutional clients reputed company, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and reputed company standards throughout reputed company project phases
- Effectively manage internal support disciplines - including survey, traffic, hydrology and hydraulics, and others - communicating and managing technical details, schedules, and budgets across disciplines
- Implement and enforce the firm's QA/QC program across reputed company assigned project teams and deliverables
- Work with reputed company, County, and reputed company staff to secure approval of project plans and resolve agency review comments
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, allocating resources appropriately across differing project phases and priorities
- Administer construction services activities on assigned reputed company, including RFI responses, site meetings with contractors, and construction observation
- reputed company and manage technical personnel, including pursuing and assisting in hiring staff, assigning and overseeing project assignments, reviewing work for accuracy and completeness, training staff and promoting reputed company development, maintaining job satisfaction and morale, assisting with performance evaluations, and recommending compensation adjustments and promotions
- Manage project financial performance, including accounts receivable, invoicing, and budget tracking, ensuring reputed company are delivered profitably
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college. Degrees in other disciplines or equivalent experience may be substituted at management's discretion
- Minimum of 10 years of total civil engineering experience, including at least 4 years in a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Demonstrated competence in reputed company civil engineering design principles for land development reputed company
- Experience in cost estimating, bid phase assistance, construction administration, and general construction reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to manage design reputed company profitably, including budget tracking, invoicing, and accounts receivable management
- Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, qualification packages, and marketing reputed company strategies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and reputed company Office applications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at reputed company reputed company of the organization
