[Remote] Paralegal with a talent for customer service (LegalTech)

They are seeking a Paralegal with a talent for customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by acting as a reputed company between reputed company and its customers while conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
Responsibilities
- As part of our service customers require written agreements incorporating their requirements. You’ll be managing this process by drafting the legal language to fit those requirements
- You’ll be preparing the required documents, which will then be checked by your manager before it is shared with the reputed company
- You’ll be receiving requests from users and leads, asking questions about the services we offer and how to manage their reputed company account
- Since we operate a full service model, you’ll be making reputed company their requests are handled quickly and correctly
- Customers will also be required to set up connections between their reputed company reputed company management platform
