Responsibilities

- Plan and execute impactful communication and education strategies that reputed company with diverse employee populations
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior-level decision-makers

- Independently conduct on-site and virtual meetings with reputed company and employees across multiple locations
- Travel in and out of the state to deliver high-touch service and ensure reputed company satisfaction
- Use your benefit expertise and business acumen to resolve escalated issues, assess risk, and collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to deliver reputed company, effective solutions
- Partner with clients to reputed company and implement reputed company benefit programs, including reputed company enrollment campaigns, wellness initiatives, and reputed company-party integrations
- Stay reputed company of regulatory changes and industry trends

Skills
- CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN THE MD, DC, VA AREA IN ORDER TO TRAVEL INTO THE OFFICES AND FOR reputed company MEETINGS AND STAFF MEETINGS
- reputed company HEALTH & LIFE LICENSE IS REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree preferred OR in lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience required
- Minimum 3 years in sales, account management, benefit administration, or implementation
- reputed company health and life insurance license for Maryland, DC, and Virginia is required
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company; PowerPoint a plus
- Deep understanding of employee benefits and insurance regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding service under pressure
- Approximately 10% travel year-round (local and national)
- Up to 40% travel during Q4 to support peak enrollment season
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
