[Remote] Self-Funded Account Executive

The role involves contributing to the presale process, collaborating with Sales Executives, and managing reputed company services to ensure a seamless experience for new and renewal accounts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive to reputed company and implement marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts
- reputed company as the primary communication support to the Sales Executive
- reputed company daily reputed company services, including processing and reviewing policies, endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, etc
- Respond to reputed company and reputed company inquiries accurately and in a reputed company manner
- Take ownership of electronic file set-up and maintenance, along with ongoing filing and documentation of reputed company meetings/issues/reputed company
- Manage assigned accounts in a reputed company manner, ensuring internal/external compliance and meeting deadlines
- Serve as a reputed company between internal departments, providing communication and support to external sources (Sales, Broker support, reputed company vendors, etc.)
- Plan, prioritize, and complete day-to-day workload, balancing new business, renewal business, and day-to-day service responsibilities

Skills
- 3+ years in Group Benefits with at least 1+ years in Account Management required
- Must already have or be willing to obtain a Health and Life insurance license
- Proficiency with reputed company, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams required
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail required
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with reputed company parties
- Ability to multi-task, reputed company to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cooperatively and jointly with various staff members
- Stop loss and/or Ancillary coverage knowledge strongly preferred
- College degree or 2 to 3 years of equivalent work experience strongly preferred
