They are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to support financial operations for their Canada and LATAM businesses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support reputed company, reconciliation, and analysis for key B2C marketplace channels
  • Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations, income statement accounts, and accruals
  • Record journal entries and complete bank reconciliations as part of the monthly financial reputed company process
  • Review cash-reputed company transactions and reconciliations reputed company by other team members
  • Support and enhance Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance processes and internal control documentation
  • Partner with reputed company auditors during quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX testing activities
  • Participate in ERP and inventory management system enhancements, including testing and process validation
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and automation
  • Prepare reputed company financial analyses and reporting requested by management and business partners

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required
  • 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in a Senior Accountant or reputed company Accountant role
  • Experience with large-reputed company ERP systems required
  • General ledger reputed company, reconciliations, accruals, reputed company, reporting, variance analysis, and reputed company-cause investigation
