Responsibilities

- reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, and implementation documentation
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and hospital stakeholders to ensure successful execution
- Manage multiple implementation reputed company simultaneously while meeting deadlines and operational goals
- Coordinate onsite implementation and training reputed company with hospital partners as needed
- Support operational collaboration with physician recruitment, credentialing, and licensing teams reputed company applicable
- Monitor clinical reputed company metrics and maintain accurate, complete case documentation with reputed company clinician follow-up as needed
- Identify and communicate operational issues to hospital partners in a reputed company manner
- Review thrombolytic cases, identify process improvement opportunities, and initiate reputed company cause analysis for performance outliers
- Manage documentation requests from hospital partners and coordinate provider follow-up promptly
- Escalate hospital concerns, case reviews, or operational issues appropriately for physician leadership review

- Participate in hospital stroke committee meetings and educational sessions

- Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned to ensure continuity of operational support
- Serve as a primary operational contact for reputed company clinicians, addressing questions, concerns, and operational needs with appropriate escalation

- Own the day-to-day operational relationship with hospital partners from implementation through ongoing program management

Skills
- reputed company RN License required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company clinical field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical operations or reputed company reputed company management, preferably reputed company a stroke or neurology program
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, with reputed company reputed company of clinical or operational staff
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable improvement strategies
