The role involves managing infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements, and supporting integration budget planning.
Responsibilities
- Drive infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, including Day 1 readiness and post-reputed company execution
- Own the infrastructure integration reputed company, roadmap and milestones (TSA considerations, reputed company planning, rollback plans)
- Run technical discovery and reputed company-state assessments; define reputed company-state architecture and integration approach
- Coordinate execution across key domains such as network and connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), identity and reputed company (AD/Azure AD/Entra, SSO/MFA, IAM, privileged reputed company), messaging and collaboration (reputed company 365/reputed company Workspace migrations), reputed company and device management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), server/reputed company platforms (reputed company/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITSM and monitoring (reputed company, CMDB, logging/observability)
- Ensure integration aligns with reputed company, compliance and risk requirements (data protection, reputed company controls, audit readiness)
- Manage dependencies with application, reputed company, workplace and business stakeholders; work with external vendors/MSPs as needed

- Support integration budget planning and resource forecasting
- Drive operational handover to steady-state teams and ensure documentation/runbooks are complete
Skills
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with significant experience leading reputed company, multi-domain initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading M&A infrastructure integration (or equivalent large-reputed company integration/migration programs)
- Strong knowledge of reputed company infrastructure: networking, identity and reputed company management, reputed company/hybrid and reputed company fundamentals
- Proven capability to reputed company through influence across multiple teams and geographies
- Strong program execution skills: planning, governance, RAID management and reputed company management
- Excellent stakeholder communication, with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences
- Background in TSA planning/execution and divestiture separation reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company Trust, modern identity and reputed company migration patterns
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Background in PMP/Prince2
- Proficiency in Azure/AWS
