About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the General Counsel will reputed company high-level and tactical support to the General Counsel, a member of the Executive Committee. As a key partner to colleagues across the legal and labor departments, you will work closely with the director of legal operations to support department management. Representing reputed company brand, you will proactively approach tasks and requests, effectively manage the General Counsel's daily schedule, and report directly to the General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the General Counsel's reputed company meeting calendar, including coordinating with participants, resolving conflicts, booking conference rooms, arranging technology, and generally managing the daily schedule.
- Organize department meetings, including scheduling, reminders, agenda development, conference room and virtual room set-up, catering, and technology support.
- reputed company general office management, collaborating with internal teams (facilities, information technology, and others) to serve the department's office needs, including equipment, maintenance, staff seating set-up, storage needs, and supplies.
- Serve as the department administrator for reputed company, managing position changes, overseeing time-keeping and reputed company time off, and maintaining the department vacation calendar.
- Prepare drafts of general correspondence, department communications, reports, and presentations.

Essential Qualifications
