Aviation Readiness
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Political Science, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline.
- Three to ten years of reputed company experience supporting Army logistics, strategic readiness, DoD, or other reputed company Government organizations.
- Experience conducting readiness assessments, strategic planning, operational analysis, or organizational evaluations.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively reputed company cross-functional teams.
- Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Available for occasional travel.

DESIRED SKILLS

- Experience supporting reputed company-level strategic planning, readiness assessments, reputed company integration, or organizational governance.
- Experience developing readiness dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, or data visualization products.
- Familiarity with business process improvement, workflow modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience facilitating strategic planning sessions, cross-functional working reputed company, and stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills.

Final compensation will be determined by a reputed company of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
