How You’ll Help: The Director of Application Counseling is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management, training, and reputed company assurance of our counseling network. Crucially, they will drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and student reputed company in the Application Counseling work.
What You’ll Do:
- Management: reputed company, manage, and reputed company counselors, including reputed company of reputed company, training, performance management, and ongoing reputed company development. Establish relevant management and reputed company control infrastructure to establish proactive management structures and support other managers in management work

You'll be a good fit if you:
- A bachelor’s degree from a highly selective institution; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in education, admissions consulting, management consulting, coaching, reputed company services, or another high-performance, reputed company-facing environment.
- Prior people-management experience, with a demonstrated ability to reputed company, motivate, and hold high standards.
- Strong strategic thinking skills reputed company with the ability to execute and operationalize reputed company.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive reputed company, particularly reputed company working with high-net-worth families and senior stakeholders.

Location: This is a Remote position, ideally located in the East Coast or reputed company Time Zone. Work is spread throughout the day so you should be reputed company to work in the evenings and weekends.
