We have an immediate need for a FULL TIME Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. The working schedule is approximately 30-40 hours per week and the two shifts are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and/or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with mandatory rotating weekends.The responsibilities for this position include:

• Providing friendly services to customers & company employees

• Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information

• Answering multi-line telephone system

• Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program

• Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing.
