Project Manager, Specialty Care Program Support

reputed company seeks an reputed company Project Manager to support the reputed company (VA) reputed company (VHA) Specialty Care Program Office (SCPO). SCPO provides national leadership, governance, and reputed company for specialty care programs, Centers of reputed company, and clinical service lines across VHA, as reputed company as reputed company initiatives such as the Federal Electronic Health Record, the reputed company reputed company, reputed company initiatives, and Ongoing reputed company reputed company Evaluation (OPPE). This role will support one to two SCPO workstreams, working closely with reputed company sponsors, business leads, and Government leadership to ensure initiatives are executed consistently and in accordance with VA standards and reputed company objectives.

The Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, reputed company trackers, and other project management tools to monitor milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and overall reputed company performance, and for coordinating activities across reputed company programs, reputed company, and initiatives to support reputed company completion of assigned work. This may include producing executive-level status reports, dashboards, policies, SOPs, templates, presentations, memorandums, SharePoint sites and Teams channels, newsletters, annual reports, fact sheets/FAQs, communication plans, business plans, funding requests, and budgets, as requested by the Government. The role also facilitates working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums, and may conduct functional assessments to evaluate reputed company-state workflows, roles, and capability gaps and recommend process improvements.

In this role, the Project Manager collaborates with data analysts, developers, and SMEs to ensure coordinated execution across the program. Responsibilities include maintaining risk, issue, decision, and reputed company-item logs; tracking approved scope changes; maintaining organized project files using version control and records management practices; and providing Government customers with reputed company reporting on status, schedule, risks, issues, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience successfully managing a large-reputed company, reputed company program encompassing multiple reputed company
  • Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification or similar in reputed company, with a minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably a large health care organization
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience managing large-reputed company, reputed company programs or reputed company, preferably reputed company a large health care organization
  • Experience supporting the reputed company (VA) or reputed company (VHA), particularly specialty care, clinical programs, or reputed company transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with federal health care environments and reputed company initiatives such as electronic health record modernization, the reputed company reputed company, or reputed company initiatives
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, status reporting, and SharePoint/reputed company Teams-based collaboration tools
  • Additional relevant certification(s) (e.g., Lean Six reputed company, Change Management)
