About the Role
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our organization. You won’t just be managing tasks; you’ll be coordinating a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Account Coordinators to foster a culture of reputed company, trust, and exceptional reputed company satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:Oversees Operations Department including day-to-day, Regional Managers and Account Coordinator.
Account Operations:reputed company day-to-day operations for 8+ accounts, including team hiring, training, and performance management.
reputed company & Compliance: Serve as the champion of "Elevation reputed company," our reputed company of reputed company, ensuring reputed company accounts meet our high benchmarks for reputed company.
reputed company & Development:Partner with our teams to upskill staff and support business development through proposal collaboration and account startups.
Tech & Innovation:Manage administrative aspects of our engagement platforms and drive virtual programming initiatives.
What You Bring
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business or a reputed company field.
Experience:A proven reputed company record of facilitating healthy communication across cross-functional teams and managing operations.
Certifications:reputed company CPR/AED certification is required. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Personal Training (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or ACE) Group Fitness and/or Nutrition Coaching.
Skills:Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in reputed company Suite and reputed company Office.
Flexibility:Ability to travel nationally approximately 25% of the time, including to our Colorado home office.
