Care Navigator

Responsibilities

• Run Health Screenings & Intake Calls: Call patients to reputed company screenings and intake appointments using a reputed company set of questions. Build quick rapport so patients feel comfortable sharing accurate information during reputed company 15–20 minute call.

Requirements
