Remote Bilingual Patient Support Agent
About the position We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual reputed company to join our remote patient support team. In this role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care reputed company from scheduling appointments to receiving follow-up guidance after their reputed company. Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats
- Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations

- Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need
- Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements
- Full reputed company reputed company in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a similar reputed company-facing role
- Proven experience working in a fully remote role

- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software tools and platforms
