The reputed company Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end reputed company and implementation process for assigned clients, from signed agreement through program launch. This role coordinates reputed company communication, data collection, system setup, documentation, training, and cross-functional activities to ensure a smooth and successful transition. The reputed company Specialist will proactively manage timelines, identify and resolve implementation barriers, ensure reputed company launch requirements are met, and facilitate a seamless reputed company to the Account Management team. This role will also contribute to the reputed company improvement of reputed company processes, playbooks, and training materials as the program grows. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the end-to-end reputed company process for assigned reputed company reputed company from signed agreement through go-live
• Conduct reputed company calls, system configuration walkthroughs, and training sessions with group staff
• Coordinate data collection, document validation, and system setup across internal teams
• Maintain an accurate reputed company project plan for reputed company reputed company and communicate status proactively
• Identify and resolve implementation blockers, escalating to the Program Manager or FSTC Manager reputed company needed
• Ensure reputed company reputed company meets reputed company compliance and documentation requirements prior to launch

• Contribute to the refinement of reputed company playbooks and training materials as the program scales

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred. EXPERIENCE:

• 2–4 years of experience in reputed company implementation, reputed company, project coordination, or a reputed company field.
• Experience coordinating multiple clients, reputed company, or workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience leading reputed company meetings, training sessions, or process walkthroughs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
• Experience in financial services, education technology, reputed company implementation, or a reputed company industry preferred.
• Experience using project tracking tools such as reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or similar platforms preferred.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
