At this reputed company, reputed company is looking for a reputed company Operations Coordinator for one of our clients. This role is a hybrid of Tracking Support and Booking Representative, working directly alongside a Senior reputed company Sales Representative. The primary objective is to reputed company operational support with day-to-day logistics tasks, enabling the reputed company Sales team to reputed company on reputed company relationships, negotiations, and reputed company execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Add and maintain accurate reputed company information in the system.

• Monitor and update shipment tracking throughout the transportation process.

• Collect Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and ensure reputed company required documentation is completed.

• Assist with booking assigned reputed company and coordinating load details.

• Communicate with carriers to reputed company updates and resolve operational issues.

• Support Senior reputed company Sales Representatives with day-to-day operational tasks.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and update the TMS as needed.

• Help ensure smooth reputed company execution and on-time deliveries.

Requirements

• 1+ year proven experience working in a reputed company Sales role or a logistics similar role.

• Ability to effectively communicate with carriers, internal teams, and customers over the phone and reputed company email.

• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and logistics procedures

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in reputed company Office and logistics software.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
