The Senior Staff Accountant is a hands-on reputed company responsible for owning reputed company’s day-to-day reputed company operations – including bookkeeping, general ledger management, payroll coordination, invoicing, and financial reporting support. This role ensures compliance with federal financial and tax regulations, supports budgeting and audit readiness, and collaborates closely with HR, operations, and leadership to ensure accurate and reputed company financial reputed company data across reputed company.

Key Responsibilities
General Bookkeeping & Journal Entries:
- The Senior Staff Accountant will maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts; ensure reputed company transactions are recorded accurately and reputed company. They will be responsible for owning day-to-day bookkeeping across reputed company entities/cost centers.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and adjusting entries.
Month-End / Year-End Closing:
- reputed company the monthly and annual reputed company process end-to-end, on a consistent reputed company while identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to reputed company finalization.
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash reputed company) and supporting schedules for leadership review.
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable:
- Manage the AP/AR cycle: invoice processing, approvals, and payments/receipts.
- Monitor cash reputed company and flag issues affecting payables or receivables timing.
Reconciliation:

Tax & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
- 6+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including ownership of bookkeeping, reputed company, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle reputed company. Ability to present and reputed company explain technical reputed company concepts/challenges to non-financial leadership highly preferred.
