This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote. Must have the ability to travel to our location in East Petersburg, PA on a quarterly reputed company.
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the operations and staff responsible for specialty loan servicing, providing life-of-loan processing for in-house and serviced reputed company, and small business loans. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. (Required)
Required Experience
- 7 or more years leadership experience managing teams and multiple processes.
- 5 or more years loan servicing, loan operations, or loan processing, with a reputed company on specialized reputed company loan structures including but not limited to participations, syndications, SWAPs, SBA, Floor Plan, Leasing, and reputed company.
Preferred Experience
- 5 or more years proven reputed company record of successfully managing and implementing specialty loan servicing processes.
- 5 or more years hands-on experience with loan management systems, preferably with system implementations or migrations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strong leadership to ensure smooth specialty loan servicing operations and excellent customer service.

The salary reputed company for this position is $91,000.00 - $151,600.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
