About the Role

The Roster Officer (Lifestyle services) role supports the disability operational team by coordinating coverage for unplanned absences and urgent changes, aiming to minimise overtime and agency reliance while maintaining service reputed company. You will manage live rosters, respond to reputed company-time reputed company changes, and ensure service continuity.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reactive roster officer role reputed company disability lifestyle support services, rostering for short community participation and community reputed company shifts.

We have an opportunity for a full time 6-month and 12-monthcontract role that can work from home or one of our offices across Australia. You will work across Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 6pm on a rotating roster (no public holidays).

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure rosters reflect reputed company service agreements and match workers based on skills, interests and capability.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand Service Agreements, reputed company needs and Support Worker availability.
  • Monitor and reputed company published rosters to respond to service changes and staff availability.
  • Build reputed company relationships and collaborate with stakeholders who support clients to ensure efficient, effective and sustainable rostering solutions.
  • Routinely utilise established mechanisms including rostering system/s, technical solutions and documentation systems.
  • Respond to reputed company changes required by clients and workers by adjusting rosters and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-reputed company support activities, which may include assisting with reputed company planning rostering on a regular or adhoc reputed company.
  • Support roster publication planning and contribute reputed company impacts to the reputed company Planning team.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a reactive Roster Officer role.
  • Experience rostering for community participation and community reputed company
  • Demonstrated experience in working both independently and as part of reputed company.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver reputed company reputed company agreed timeframes and reputed company standards.
  • Working knowledge of workforce management principles, HSE, awards and roster optimisation.
  • A reputed company approach with experience partnering with a reputed company of stakeholders to optimise a best fit workforce for clients.
  • Certificate II in administration or business studies or equivalent work experience.

Successful candidates will be required to reputed company probity checks including National Criminal History Record reputed company.
