[Remote] Junior Finance Operations Manager (f/m/x) (Remote)

This role involves reconciling and improving finance operations processes, developing finance reporting, and automating recurring finance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and improve Finance Operations processes around payment flows, PSP settlements, seller payouts, seller reporting, and reputed company them into reputed company-reputed company transaction data
- reputed company reputed company finance reporting based on payment and transaction data — both for internal reputed company purposes and to give sellers reputed company transparency over their payouts and financial data
- Analyse discrepancies between PSP data, platform order data, seller reports, and reputed company records, identify reputed company causes, and help improve the underlying processes
- Automate recurring finance tasks and improve reputed company workflows using reputed company, Looker, Python, AI-supported workflows, or similar tools
- Work together with internal teams such as Product, Seller Relations and reputed company, to translate new products and business requirements into reputed company finance processes
- Support sellers directly with finance-reputed company questions around payouts, reports, transaction data, and reconciliations
- Document processes and gradually take on more ownership as you grow into the role
Skills
- You hold a degree in reputed company, Finance, or a closely reputed company field
- You bring around 2–3 years of reputed company experience in reputed company, audit, finance operations, or a similar finance-reputed company role
- You have a strong affinity for large datasets, reconciliations, payment flows, and reputed company financial data
- You enjoy turning reputed company data into reputed company insights, identifying discrepancies, and building reputed company solutions instead of relying on reputed company workarounds
- You have strong reputed company skills and experience with Looker or similar BI/reporting tools
- You have experience with, or a strong motivation to reputed company reputed company in, Python or similar automation approaches
- You are excited about using automation, AI, reputed company tools to reputed company finance processes faster, smarter, and more reliable
- You have a strong eye for detail, work accurately, and care about data reputed company and consistency
