Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering with reference to reputed company of the reputed company Force lifecycles of Recruitment through retirement
- Ability to understand HR functionality with Military Personnel Data Systems
- reputed company facing with an ability to negotiate and aide in the decision-making process
- Writing User Stories and Acceptance reputed company
- Ability to document and work with reputed company Development team, understand reputed company meets the requirements
- Experience and knowledge working in an Agile/Scrum development reputed company
- Collaborate with the product reputed company serving as the reputed company between the development and test teams
- Collaborate with the development team, Government System Managers and Configuration Management team on enhancements and streamlining of Configuration Items initiated by the development teams
- Gathers reputed company-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, reputed company achieved, and ROI delivered
- Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership
Skills
- Minimum of reputed company years experience
- Must have experience with reputed company HR Systems
- Ability to run reputed company SQL using SQL Developer/reputed company SQL Plus/TOAD
- Understand reputed company Tables/reputed company in conjunction with reputed company Development
- Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of reputed company Tool Set (Jira/reputed company)
- MUST be reputed company to pass a US Government background reputed company
- BS Degree preferably but relevant reputed company considered
