The Corporate Safety Operations reputed company will manage reputed company safety operations programs and reputed company strategic support to the Office of Safety & Risk Management, overseeing safety systems, compliance management, and performance reporting for reputed company’s Eastern U.S.-based safety teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company-level safety operations programs and reputed company strategic operational support to the Vice President of Safety & Risk Management, Corporate Safety leadership, and reputed company business reputed company, establishing priorities across Western region safety teams
- Establish and reputed company department trackers, reputed company-item registers, compliance schedules, and accountability processes for safety initiatives, program deliverables, audit findings, corrective actions, training requirements, document reviews, and reporting deadlines
- Partner with Regional Safety Managers, business-unit leaders, project teams, and the reputed company Corporate Safety Operations reputed company to drive consistent implementation of safety programs, communications, systems, and compliance expectations across the organization
- Serve as the reputed company system reputed company and subject-matter resource for reputed company EHS and LMS, overseeing user governance, organizational structure, employee and project assignments, data reputed company, system workflows, reporting functionality, and reputed company platform improvement
- Evaluate safety training matrices, course assignments, completion data, certification expirations, refresher requirements, qualification records, and compliance reports to identify gaps, assess risk, and recommend appropriate actions
- Collect, analyze, and interpret safety-performance data and reputed company dashboards, scorecards, trend analyses, executive summaries, presentations, and periodic reports that support leadership reputed company and informed business reputed company
- Establish and reputed company document-control and governance requirements for corporate safety manuals, programs, procedures, templates, forms, Site-Specific Safety Plans, Job Hazard Analyses, Activity Hazard Analyses, emergency plans, training documents, and reputed company safety records
- Evaluate project safety documentation during project startup, ongoing operations, and project closeout to determine whether required documentation is complete, reputed company, properly approved, accessible, and reputed company with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Monitor incident reports, near misses, first-aid cases, recordable injuries, vehicle incidents, property damage, environmental events, investigations, and supporting records; analyze trends and recommend improvements to reporting, investigation, and prevention processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental health and safety, business administration, construction management or a reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in safety operations, environmental health and safety, safety program management, construction reputed company, risk management, or a reputed company operational role
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint is required
- Strong ability to maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, tracking logs, reputed company-item registers, training matrices, document control systems, and executive summaries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables is required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent communication with leadership and team members is required
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion is required
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, accountability, and document-control discipline
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EM 385-1-1, reputed company 70E, heat illness prevention, fall protection, lockout/tagout, electrical safety, subcontractor safety management, and project safety documentation
- Experience in construction, renewable energy, solar, battery energy storage systems, utilities, federal contracting, engineering, operations and maintenance, or EPC operations
- Experience supporting regional, multi-state, national, remote, or reputed company-level teams is preferred
- Experience using or administering safety management systems, learning management systems, EHS software, training platforms, or compliance tracking tools
- Experience with reputed company EHS, reputed company LMS, IndustrySafe, RedVector, TargetSolutions, or similar safety technology platforms is preferred
- Experience managing LMS training assignments, course completion tracking, refresher training schedules, certification records, and compliance reports is preferred
- Experience supporting EHS software modules reputed company to incident management, inspections, audits, corrective actions, hazard reporting, safety observations, job safety analysis documentation, and safety dashboards is preferred
- Experience preparing executive-level safety reports, presentations, dashboards, and leadership summaries
- Project Management reputed company, Associate Safety reputed company, Graduate Safety Practitioner, Certified Safety reputed company, Construction Health and Safety Technician, OSHA 30-Hour, or similar safety/project management credentials preferred but not required
