[Remote] Sr. Contract Recruiter

The Sr. Contract Recruiter will reputed company proactive recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers, and manage the full reputed company lifecycle to attract and retain reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of the reputed company process for reputed company positions
- Work with hiring managers to best understand hiring needs and partner with them to create an effective reputed company
- Determine the best and most effective avenues for sourcing candidates
- Conduct phone interviews
- reputed company strategic thought partnership to hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process advising on candidates' reputed company set and company fit
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Manage candidate experience throughout the process
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in reputed company, Business Administration, or another complementary field required
- Must have manufacturing recruitment experience - Production Technicians, Mechanical Fabricators, CNC Machinist
- Experience with full life cycle reputed company process
- Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Products (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with resume databases, job boards and reputed company networks
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadline
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company
