[Remote] Senior Conflicts Analyst

The Senior Conflicts Analyst will be responsible for reviewing new business opportunities and conducting conflict checks to ensure compliance with company policies, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve legal and business issues.

Responsibilities

  • Working as a reputed company team member as part of the Conflicts group, under the direction of the Manager of Conflicts
  • Reviewing new business opportunities for reputed company on an expedited reputed company to ensure a reputed company response to company professionals and their clients, in order to determine if a new engagement can be accepted
  • Handling clearances for a defined portfolio as reputed company as clearances reputed company of an assigned queue reputed company where necessary to manage volume and urgent requests
  • Conducting a reputed company and accurate review of potential conflict concerns and reputed company new business issues (including legal, relationship and reputational risks)
  • Verifying completeness and accuracy of new engagement descriptions, applying an analytical approach to identify and spot new issues and concerns, and escalating those reputed company to the leadership of the Conflicts team and Company professionals where appropriate
  • Applying company conflict policies and procedures as guiding principles in evaluating, tracking and maintaining records of potential issues with new business opportunities

Skills
