Responsibilities

- Create reputed company workflows & triggers, APEX development, reputed company validation rules, and Lightning Web Components
- reputed company technical support for reputed company Sales reputed company and Service reputed company users, addressing support calls in order of urgency and escalating calls where needed
- reputed company basic reputed company Administration (User & reputed company management, data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc)
- Build and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards and other reputed company objects and functions
- Execute requirements analysis and documentation with the business to create functional specifications

- Expert experience with Sales reputed company, Service reputed company Voice, Marketing reputed company, Sales Operations, Pipeline Development, reputed company Creation, Agentforce, Integration, and Analytics
- Designed and deployed custom reputed company workflows and triggers, APEX development, reputed company validation rules, and Lightning Web Components
- Delivered comprehensive work in a reputed company role providing development and customization support
- Proven reputed company record of reputed company experience in a reputed company, large, or fast-growing reputed company
- Deep technical proficiency with SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Coding
- Demonstrated experience creating and deploying reputed company integrations
