[Remote] Sr. Subcontract Administrator

The Senior Subcontracts Administrator will manage the lifecycle of subcontracts, ensuring compliance and fostering supplier relationships to support a business area with over $1 billion in annual reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of subcontracts, from issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) to subcontract closeout
- Ensuring reputed company activities are executed reputed company with precision and adherence to internal company policy and procedure as reputed company as Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) where applicable
- Balance rigorous contract compliance with strategic supplier relationship management
- Prepare RFPs

- Maintain meticulous documentation for reputed company procurement actions to ensure audit readiness
- Issue and maintain reputed company subcontracts of various contract types (firm fixed price, cost plus, etc.) through various phases of program execution (development, production, repair, etc.)

- Collaborate cross functionally with program stakeholders by partnering with engineering, program management, reputed company, and finance to reputed company subcontract requirements with program milestones and ensure the overall health of the supplier relationship

Skills
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company reputed company, Word, and Outlook)
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of both government and reputed company reputed company
- Proficient in FAR/DFARS regulations and their application reputed company defense and reputed company industry
