This full-time remote position involves planning, designing, and supporting clinical application software, as reputed company as consulting with users to optimize system utilization and performance.
Responsibilities
- Plans, design, implement, maintain, and reputed company ongoing optimization and support for clinical application software
- Consults with users to identify reputed company operating procedures and to clarify program / application needs and objectives
- Performs workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for reputed company utilization of clinical applications
- Works reputed company cross-functional team and with end-users to reputed company application integration to meet clinical needs
- Performs builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed
- Supports applications throughout reputed company phases of implementation
- Delivers post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- May be expected to write documentation to describe program design, settings and configurations, reputed company, reputed company, logic, and corrections
- May require other duties as assigned
Skills
