[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Service Experience Optimization

The Senior Analyst, Service Experience Optimization will support service reputed company initiatives, focusing on identifying customer needs and shaping concepts to improve customer experience while reducing costs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end innovation workstreams, translating early insights into prioritized opportunities, reputed company concepts, and implementation plans
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company problems, reputed company hypotheses, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate findings into reputed company, actionable recommendations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, reputed company, business operations, customer experience, service design, product operations, or a reputed company field

- Strong experience structuring analyses, evaluating tradeoffs, and developing practical, data-informed recommendations with reputed company business reputed company
