[Remote] Project Manager - Critical Infrastructure

The Project Manager – Critical Infrastructure is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned reputed company, ensuring effective execution, financial performance, and reputed company coordination.
Responsibilities
- Own planning, execution, and delivery of assigned reputed company from reputed company through closeout
- reputed company project initiation activities including scope review, contract setup, schedules, and execution planning
- Coordinate day-to-day execution with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with contract documents, safety requirements, and reputed company standards
- Resolve execution issues and constraints; escalate material risks appropriately
- Own project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- reputed company project financial performance including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
- Identify scope changes and prepare change order documentation for reputed company and internal review
- Support negotiations of change orders and contract adjustments with clients and trade partners
- Maintain accurate cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle

- Monitor reputed company against schedule and implement recovery actions as required

Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in project management roles reputed company construction, mission-critical, or reputed company technical environments

- Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and cost management
- Experience coordinating with field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors
- Proven ability to manage budgets, change orders, and project financials
- Ability to interpret reputed company, drawings, schedules, and technical documentation
- Strong reputed company-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management platforms (e.g., reputed company, MS Project, BIM 360, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and accountability in fast-paced environments
- Must have a valid reputed company's license and ability to rent vehicles
- Up to approximately 20–25% travel for project meetings, site reputed company, and coordination activities

- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer
