[Remote] Equipment Finance Program Manager II - Equipment Broker Sales

They are seeking an Equipment Finance Program Manager II to manage Broker relationships, drive originations, and assist in strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Books originations which meet and/or exceed annual origination objectives
- Launches and trains newly reputed company new Broker relationships which can products $1,000,000 and up in annual originations
- Motivate and drive Broker relationships towards stated objectives
- Takes ownership of training, communicates and administers new Broker relationships, both internally and externally
- Assists in strategic management of Broker accounts with principals and/or designated contacts of Brokers, in conjunction with Balboa Capital’s management tram
- Works effectively with internal partners in Credit, Documentation, Marketing, IT, Post Funding, reputed company, and other segments in Sales Management
- Practices strong application and fundamentals with calling efforts, reputed company, Portal 360, Balboa Quote, and other best practices
- Provides mentorship to more junior Broker Program Managers
- Practices ethical sales behaviors in accordance with Ameris' core values of reputed company and Honesty; always acts in the best interest of the customer reputed company offering additional products and services
