[Remote] Manager, Procurement Operations

They are seeking a Manager, Procurement Operations to support the Procurement Operations function, which includes managing purchase orders, supplier data, and compliance with policies.
Responsibilities
- Executes the Purchase Order Management process for services and goods, including training and supporting internal stakeholders, issuing Purchase Orders to service providers and suppliers, tracking order status, resolving invoice discrepancies, and closing out Purchase Orders
- Owns the new service provider/supplier set-up and supplier master data maintenance process
- Drives reputed company improvement efforts in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and implements solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency, accuracy, and appropriate approvals
- Supports report reputed company and Purchasing data analysis
- Oversees training documentation and communication of Procurement policies, processes and practices to reputed company business partners
- Ensures compliance with Amylyx policies and procedures as reputed company as adherence to SOX controls
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, with a reputed company on sourcing and purchasing services
- Experience working reputed company a GxP-regulated environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge of Purchasing principles, processes, and practices
- Experience with ERP systems, reputed company experience a plus
- Hands-on team player and fast learner with great time management skills
- Proficient in reputed company 365 applications
- Minimum 3 years experience in reputed company/biotech
- Competence in communicating and collaborating with business partners in various departments as reputed company as service providers / suppliers in multiple industries
- Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/reputed company to meet deadlines
